Heavy rain didn't stop hundreds of visitors to this years Cottingham Day.
The day started with a parade representing local community groups, children in fancy dress, local fottball team, cheer leaders and Guides and Brownies.
The regular vintage car rally was held and Scottish Pipers played their bagpipes. Live music was aided by KCFM, Theatre workshops, stalls and a number of performing arts helped to entertain the damp audience who kept their spirits up despite the inclement weather.
Tina White of Cottingham Parish Council said " I'd like to thank everyone for turning up and also the sponsors. Without them, Cottingham Day wouldn't exist."
