An Honorary Yorkshireman- A new play about James Herriot with Neil Kent. In 1937 a young vet arrived in the Yorkshire Dales from Glasgow and was immediately enchanted by the landscape and people. Thirty years later he charmed the world with his stories of Dales life written under the pen name of James Herriot.
Badapple Theatre's new comic drama celebrates the early years of All Creatures Great and Small, reliving hilarious and touching encounters as the young vet finds his feet and is finally accepted by the local characters.
